Updated Mock TOEIC information

I was recently informed by the university that the last day to take the Mock TOEIC is Friday, December 7th. Please try your best to get both of them taken by that time.

Also, if your Mock TOEIC score is above 800, you are only exempt from taking your second Mock TOEIC for one academic school year, from March-February. However, you will have to take TOEIC again for a new academic year.

If you have taken the official TOEIC some place else, please provide an official document indicating your score.

Free tutoring sessions available at the Global Zone!

Hi everyone!

It's week 12 this week, hang in there!  I just wanted to let you know that a lot of professors signed up for free tutoring sessions at the Global Zone but no one has been utilizing them. Please so see them for your writing assignments or any questions you may have in the course.  You don't have to pay a penny, it's absolutely free!

3. Then click on Tutoring
4. You can sign up at the Global Zone for your time slots

REMINDERS--Mock TOEIC

Remember to take your TWO Mock TOEICs during this semester for your grade.  If you score 800 or above, you do not need to take it twice.  You also don't have to do anything except to take the test.  The school will provide me with your scores at th end of the semester.

If you wait too long to take your Mock TOEIC, there won't be any slots available so schedule it NOW!

Hello everyone!!

I hope you all had a successful midterm week! Remember to be good to yourselves by resting, eating some delicious food, and watching some great movies.  The new James Bond movie comes out this Friday and I can't wait to see it! It'll be week 9 and pretty soon, the semester will be over with Christmas knocking at our door. I want to tell you that I'm really fortunate to have you all in my class!
